In-Person Registration policy

If you are unable to participate in person, you may transfer your seat to someone else.

If you inform us before May 31st, 2025, we will switch your registration to the online format and send you the materials kit.

If you fail to inform us before this date, the in-person participation fee will still apply even if we switch you to the online format.

Full payment must be made before June 30th, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your registration, and no refund will be issued.
